Welcome to Manolo Tours Egypt. By booking a tour or using our services through our website or direct communication, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings and Confirmations
All bookings can be made directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or email.
A booking is considered confirmed once we send you a final confirmation message detailing your itinerary, pickup time, and agreed price.
Prices are subject to change based on seasonal updates or group size variations, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed-upon rate.
2. Payment Terms
To keep booking flexible and stress-free for our clients, no advance online payment is required.
Payment for all tours is made in cash on the day of the trip directly to our representative or tour guide (unless agreed otherwise).
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your trip free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the trip, or in case of a no-show, 50% of the total tour price will be charged to cover pre-booked expenses such as private boats, vehicles, guides, and permits.
4. Pickup and Transportation
We provide door-to-door pickup and drop-off from all hotels and resorts in Hurghada (additional charges may apply for locations outside Hurghada, such as El Gouna, Makadi Bay, or Sahl Hasheesh).
Please be ready at your hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time provided in your confirmation.
5. Guest Responsibilities & Safety
Clients are responsible for bringing valid identification documents, such as passports, when required (especially for historical tours like Cairo and Luxor).
For adventure tours (Desert Safari, Quad Biking, Buggy, and Sea Trips), guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our professional guides and crew.
Manolo Tours Egypt is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tours.
